Beach View III

Dana Point, CA

Located in the Strand, this transitional home uses traditional materials in a contemporary way to make this a standout property in a premiere neighborhood. The proposed design features a 'transitional' architectural style consisting of 4" clapboard siding, natural white oak siding, white-washed brick, metal accents, and steel doors and windows. The 2-story home with basement draws the expansive views at the rear of the property through the home to make a statement from the entry. Large floor-to-ceiling window walls and sliding doors open to the Headlands to foster the indoor/outdoor living that defines Southern California.
