Each home functions as a destination for family connection, with resort-style pools and thoughtful integration into the landscape that celebrate the lush surroundings.
The Details: Lot 3 embodies a modern plantation aesthetic, while Lot 5 channels a modern Pacific Island style, both offering indoor and outdoor spaces that flow seamlessly and encourage convivial living in the island environment.
The Materials: Lot 3 features vertical board-and-batten siding, natural wood, coral stone, and standing-seam metal roofing, while Lot 5 combines lava rock, dark vertical wood siding, wood shingles, and metal accents, creating homes that are authentic to the locale.
