Newport Beach, CA

Designed near Balboa Island's only bridge entry and next to the its only park, this home uses traditional white wood siding to create a warm beach house feel. The home takes advantage of its site and proximity to the adjacent park, maximizing light and exposure with designed fronts facing both the park and ocean channel. Rich wood elements details complement the white would siding, and can be found throughout the home.
