Sherman Oaks

This Spanish Contemporary home's layout was greatly influenced by the site. A large property with a long rectangular buildable area at its base allowed for a long, wide front facade with plenty of Spanish design elements. The home opens up to the back yard, framing a large, undisturbed hillside and helping to create a beautiful protected backyard. Other design elements include metal accents, large stained wood beams, and steel glass doors and windows opening to a large covered arcade between the home and the backyard. This home will be complete by the end of 2019.
