The Farm

Santa Ynez, CA

Nestled on a hilltop in Santa Ynez sits The Farm. The single story main residence embraces the views while creating separation between the living spaces and sleeping areas. The living space utilizes an open plan design with a large vaulted roof form bookended by the entry tower and fireplace. Pocketing door systems were used at the corners of the great room to open onto the pool patio and front porch. The sleeping area to the north of the living spaces contains three secondary bedrooms, family room and the master suite. The bunk house over the garage contains a bunk room, bedroom and bath.

The garage and bunk house are connected with modern metal and glass, forming a blend of styles
